Belva Deer Inn, LLC (BDI) is a 26 unit inn located in Sigourney, Iowa. BDI is locally owned and operated by Belva Deer Inn, LLC. BDI is comprised of a group of community minded members who have come together to provide the residents and business community of Sigourney and the surrounding communities with a quality inn that we can all be proud of, and that will be recommended to family, friends and business associates for a positive lodging experience. The group formed in 2007 electing a Board of Directors and then began raising the funds necessary to get the facility built. Through the selling of shares and the support of community banks the facility was built and opened in November of 2008. The Board of Directors is grateful to everyone that made it possible to get this inn built. We look forward to serving everyone that chooses Belva Deer Inn.
